TSA Eswatini Msunduza Primary Healthcare Clinic commemorated International Nurses Day yesterday during a special devotion involving both staff and patients. The nurses were appreciated for their dedication to serving the community with passion and compassion. They were honoured, motivated, and encouraged to continue demonstrating kindness, patience, and unity of purpose. The mission of The Salvation Army was reemphasised to all in attendance, and the nurses reaffirmed their divine calling by reading aloud the International Nurses’ Pledge.

Nurses play a vital role in the health and well-being of individuals and communities. They are often the first point of care, offering not only medical assistance but also emotional support and reassurance to those in need. Their commitment, skill, and compassionate presence make a lasting impact on the lives they touch each day.

Let us continue to pray for nurses serving in The Salvation Army’s hospitals and clinics, as they minister in Jesus’ name, and for all nurses around the world who provide care with dedication and compassion.
