Women and girls across the Northern KwaZulu-Natal Division recently gathered for moments of discussion, reflection, learning, and encouragement. These gatherings created opportunities to deepen their understanding of ministry and to celebrate the unique roles they play in their homes, Corps, and communities.
Home League leaders in the Division gathered at Nongoma Corps to engage in discussions around women’s ministry. The meeting began with a Bible study taken from the Crown Her series titled The Authority of the Crown – Walking in Spiritual Authority. The women reflected on how they could walk confidently in the authority Christ has given them.

Major P. Buthelezi shared a word of encouragement, urging the women to walk in their spiritual authority and to lead with boldness—trusting that the One who has called us will also empower us to support and uplift one another as we “fix each other’s crown.”
Junior Miss Rally
The Junior Miss members came together for their rally, where they explored the topic of spiritual gifts. The girls shared about their individual gifts and discussed how they could grow in using them—realising that while they may not be called to the same tasks, each contribution is vital to the health and growth of the body of Christ.

They also explored practical ways to use their spiritual gifts in their local church, at school, and in their communities. As part of the programme, they created symbolic baskets to represent their commitment to serve others—carrying baskets full of love, kindness, joy, peace, and gentleness.
May God continue to bless and grow the women and girls of the Northern Kwa Zulu Natal Division!
