On the 19th of October, the Mid-KZN Division hosted the Territorial Strategic Plan (TSP) workshop at the Durban Central Corps, led by Major Noluntu Semeno. This training, long awaited by Corps across the Division, brought great excitement and enthusiasm among the attendees.
With representatives from 21 Corps and a total of 75 participants, the workshop provided an opportunity for each Corps to come together, form their respective teams, and engage in meaningful discussions about their strategic plans. The participants also took time to reflect on key questions, mapping out their future plans to align with the broader Territorial objectives.
The TSP workshop marked a significant moment for the Mid-KZN Division as Corps leaders and members continue to strive for growth and impact in their communities.
