From Thursday, 30th January to Saturday, 2nd February 2025, Salvation Army leaders and representatives from across the Territory gathered to review the progress of the Territorial Strategic Plan (TSP). This important meeting provided a valuable opportunity to assess our achievements over the past year and to strategise for continued spiritual and numerical growth.

The review process was marked by insightful discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and a shared commitment to ensuring that our work aligns with COMPASS, The Salvation Army’s global strategic framework. (Read more about COMPASS here: salvationarmy.org/ihq/strategy) By ensuring our TSP is in line with this framework, we reinforce our mission to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and meet human needs in His name without discrimination. Throughout the sessions, participants reflected on the Territory’s progress, acknowledging advancement while also identifying areas for improvement.

As we press on in mission, we thank God for His faithfulness and for those who wholeheartedly serve in every corner of the Territory. The road ahead is filled with opportunities to reach more people, transform lives, and extend His Kingdom. May we be faithful in serving, compelled by His love to reach out and share His grace with the world.
