The THQ family came together today in joyful anticipation of Crown Her, which officially begins next week Thursday. Following a powerful prayer meeting last night at the venue in Orlando, Soweto—where the event was dedicated to the Lord and the ground was declared holy because of His promised presence—a spirit of excitement overflowed into today’s pre-Crown Her activities.
Lieut-Colonel Nokuthula Mahlobo, Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, led the programme with shared an overview of the weekend to come, building excitement and focus for all involved. In a beautiful moment, the women of THQ who will not be attending the event were presented with crowns—symbolic reminders of the truth in Psalm 103:4: “who crowns you with love and compassion.”
Commissioner Deise Eliasen, Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, shared a devotion based on Isaiah 30:18. She reminded those gathered that God sees our hearts, knows our needs, and longs to be gracious to us. Her words encouraged a posture of surrender, urging everyone to wait on the Lord and to trust Him.

As a symbol of teamwork and support, the THQ family rolled up their sleeves and lovingly branded the water bottles that will be used at Crown Her 2025—a small act filled with great purpose.
As the women of the Territory prepare to travel and gather at the feet of Jesus, we invite you to continue upholding Crown Her in prayer. May God move mightily in every detail, every heart, and every moment of this holy gathering.
