The Northern KwaZulu Natal Division ladies came together in Vryheid for a powerful combined Home League and Young Women’s Rally on the 13th and 14th of September. The event, attended by nearly 300 women, was filled with joy, unity, and spiritual renewal.

Saturday Highlights

After a united opening, the Young Women gathered in their own session where they explored practical and spiritual issues (spiritual growth and the impact of drugs). Lieutenant Mdluli shared an inspiring Bible message with the young women.

This happened while the Home League ladies also reflected on the dangers of drug abuse. Sister Mhlongo added valuable insights on nutrition and healthy living. In this main session, Major Philile Buthelezi (DDWM) delivered a powerful message on “Your Identity as a Daughter of the Most High God.”

In the afternoon, all groups reunited in a joyful spirit of giving, presenting shayatafula towards the Helping Hand. The day ended in celebration with a praise meeting.

Sunday Closing

On Sunday, the rally concluded with another Spirit-filled praise meeting. Major Buthelezi shared a moving message on the influence of mothers on their daughters. Drawing from the story of Herod and Salome, she highlighted the dangers of pursuing worldly gain at the cost of one’s soul, reminding everyone that true discipleship requires faithfulness and sacrifice.

A Weekend to Remember

The rally left the women of the Division strengthened, inspired, and united in their calling as “Daughters of the Most High.” It was a weekend of fellowship, worship, and life-changing teaching that will continue to bear fruit in homes and communities.
