A recent Home League gathering at Emangweni Corps in the Mpumalanga & eSwatini Division was held successfully under the theme “God is Love,” reminding us of God’s unconditional love and the importance of sharing that love with one another.

The programme was led by HLS Lushaba, who graciously guided the session. The meeting began with an engaging icebreaker facilitated by Major P. Shekwa. She introduced an alphabet activity where the ladies were given letters and asked to sing songs beginning with those letters. This activity created a joyful atmosphere, encouraged participation, and strengthened unity among members. Major Shekwa then shared a word of encouragement, focusing on God’s love as the foundation of our faith and relationships. The message inspired the ladies to live out love through kindness, prayer, and support for one another.

The session continued with a creative prayer activity led by Lt Siphokazi Makebesana. Each participant selected a name placed under a balloon and committed to praying for that person until the end of Love Month. This meaningful activity promoted spiritual bonding, intercession, and care within the fellowship.

The programme concluded with a benediction by Lt Makebesana, leaving everyone encouraged, uplifted, and reminded to walk daily in God’s love.

Overall, the fellowship was enriching, interactive, and spiritually impactful, reinforcing the theme that God is Love and calling us to reflect His love in our lives.
