Major Bongi Zulu and Major Colleen Huke departed on Monday 9th October 2023 for ICO. ICO is The International College for Officers which is nestled in beautiful Sunbury Court based in London. The ICO believes firmly in the benefits of leadership development and is highly committed to providing an environment which is conducive for officers to flourish spiritually through insightful teaching, transformational prayer, dynamic worship, authentic international fellowship, and intentional hands-on experiences, as well as opportunities for personal and leadership development.
The International College for Officers exists to further develop officers by:
1. Nurturing personal holiness, corporate holiness, and spiritual leadership.
2. Fostering leader development and capacity building for current and future officer leaders.
3. Providing opportunities for officers to experience the internationalism of The Salvation Army.
4. Encouraging a renewed sense of mission and purpose among officers.
