In a morning filled with gratitude and reflection, the THQ family gathered for prayers that included a time of farewell and appreciation for those retiring and bidding farewell from Territorial Headquarters. Lieut-Colonel Lenah Jwili, Mr. Charles Sishi and Mr. Elliot Mthimunye were honoured for their dedicated years of service as they prepare to embark on their well-deserved retirements. Major Jon Payne, the Territorial Trade Manager, and his wife, Major Mimmie Payne, bid farewell as they prepare to take up new appointments in the United Kingdom Territory. Ms. Susan Baijang conveyed heartfelt words of appreciation on behalf of employees, while Major Thataetsile Semeno extended words of blessing on behalf of Officers. Lieut-Colonel Jwili shared a meaningful devotion, urging everyone to ‘let God into your space.’ A beautiful solo by Lieut-Colonel Doris Dlamini and words of encouragement from Commissioner Deise Eliasen conveyed love and value to each one. Lieut-Colonel Thomas Dlamini, the Secretary for Personnel, expressed appreciation and distributed acknowledgments to both Officers and employees. As we bid farewell to Lieut-Colonel Lenah Jwili (45 years of service), Mr. Charles Sishi (33 years), and Mr. Elliot Mthimunye (38 years), we thank God for their many years of faithful service and pray for God’s richest blessings upon each one as they step into a new chapter.
We pray Numbers 6:24-26 (NIV) over these treasured Officers and employees: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”

I was blessed to see Lt Col Jwili at work while I was at Pretoria Corp. Passionate, energetic and gifted Woman of God. Thank you for your example. May God bless your 45yrs of service with 45yrs of rest and relaxation.
