On May 11th, 2024, the Mid Kwa Zulu Natal Division hosted a Divisional Local Officers training led by the Territorial Leaders, Commissioners Torben and Deise Eliasen, at Durban Central Corps. Over 105 local officers attended the event.
The theme for the weekend was “Leading Like Jesus.” Officers and Local Officers were challenged to reflect on their own leadership styles, with various activities aligned with the day’s theme, such as washing feet.
Commissioner Torben Eliasen, the Territorial Commander, delivered a brief presentation on the strategic plan, simplifying it for everyone to understand, and also addressed other important issues. These sessions prompted meaningful discussions, with attendees seeking to fully comprehend the information provided.
On Sunday, Mother’s Day, the Territorial Leaders, supported by Divisional Leaders Majors Nhlanhla and Priscilla Ziqubu, conducted the Sunday meeting at Kwa Makhutha Corps, which served as a source of blessing and encouragement to all.
