In June, the Mahhashini Circuit in the Northern KwaZulu-Natal Division actively demonstrated The Salvation Army’s commitment to serving those in need within their community.

On June 9, the team visited a local creche closely linked to the circuit. They spent time playing with the children, shared a memory verse, and prayed with them. Understanding the challenges some children face in getting proper meals, the team provided soup, pap, and snacks to 32 children, offering nourishment and care to those who otherwise might go hungry.

The team recently visited the Mahhashini Clinic, where they offered pap and soup to patients and staff alike. Alongside this practical support, they shared God’s Word and prayed together, bringing encouragement and hope. The response from the clinic’s patients and workers was one of heartfelt appreciation for the care shown.

Inspired by these experiences, the Mahhashini Circuit looks forward to continuing this vital ministry and standing alongside their neighbours in love and service.
