Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26
The dream of building a new Khubvi Corps Mission House (officer’s quarters) began four years ago. Since then, this vision has lived in the hearts and minds of the Local Officers and soldiers. On 15 March 2026, Khubvi Corps held a Sod-Turning Ceremony, conducted by Major N. Malinga (Limpopo Divisional Commander), with support from Captain S. Ndlovu and Major N. Ndlovu (Khubvi Corps Officers). After four years, what once seemed like a distant dream is now becoming a reality for many who have faithfully waited for this day.
The Sod-Turning Ceremony began with worship and prayer led by Major N. Ndlovu. This was followed by a project overview from the Project Committee Chairperson, Mr A.R. Lilimu, who shared how the project began and outlined the challenges faced over the past few years in bringing this vision to life. He concluded by encouraging the Project Committee, Local Officers, and soldiers to take ownership of the project, reminding them that it belongs to everyone.
The Divisional Commander then delivered the keynote address, expressing gratitude for the commitment shown to the work of God at Khubvi Corps. She encouraged all present to remain focused and to prioritise unity as the project progresses. She concluded by sharing Psalm 145:19: “He fulfils the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them.”

The Songsters ministered in song, offering a celebration of thanksgiving to God for what lies ahead, under the leadership of Songster Leader Mr J. Tshivhase.
Captain S. Ndlovu concluded the ceremony with closing remarks, celebrating the perseverance of the Khubvi Corps soldiers and expressing appreciation to all previous Officers who have contributed to this vision and to the ongoing work of God in the Corps and community. The Assistant Corps Sergeant-Major, Mr S. Raphasha, closed the gathering in prayer.
The ceremony was also attended by the contractors and sub-contractors who will be involved in the construction of the new Mission House.
We thank God for His provision and blessing in making this dream a reality. We invite you to continue praying for Khubvi Corps, and especially for this project as it moves forward.

Hallelujah!! God bless Khubvi Corps🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙌
