The Young Adults of Soweto Central Corps in the Central Division held a worship night with renowned artists. The worship night was a cry from young people saying they desired an intimate worship experience with God.
We asked prominent musicians to be part of this worship night on pro bono and we were able to secure Siyakha Khitha, Kekelingo, Mthandazo and Nhlakanipho (eSwatini) with the assistance of Nhlonipho Dlamini who is a Young Adults member at the Corps and musician is who is making waves in the SA music scene and recently nominated for the South African Music Award.
This night was attended by over 60 people both young and old. It was a great worship experience with the theme of ‘Coming back to the heart of worship’. We believe that this night made an impact in the lives of young people and emphasised the importance of having an intimate relationship with God.
