Through the Development Office and with the support of the Canada and Bermuda Territory, The Salvation Army has established a borehole in the Mjejane Community within the Mpumalanga & eSwatini Division, addressing the crucial need for accessible clean water in the area. A representative from the local Chief’s office gratefully accepted this gift to the community during a special ceremony, with the borehole officially handed over by Lieutenant Colonel Themba Mahlobo, Chief Secretary of the Southern Africa Territory. This endeavour reflects The Salvation Army’s commitment to supporting communities and meeting essential needs through practical and impactful interventions.

The Southern Africa Territory is deeply grateful the generous support of the Canada and Bermuda Territory in funding two vital boreholes within the Mpumalanga & eSwatini Division. This contribution has made a significant impact, providing essential access to clean water in both the Mjejane and Langeloop communities.
