In honour of Child Protection Week, the Mid KwaZulu-Natal Division came together to shine a spotlight on the importance of safeguarding children. Through a series of intentional and impactful activities, the Division painted communities green as they promoted child protection.

The awareness campaign was initiated in local schools, educating students and teachers about the importance of child protection. Efforts extended to clinics and Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers, where vital information and resources were shared.

The message shared across the Division was loud and clear: every child deserves to be safe and heard. This resonated not just in schools and clinics, but also on the streets of their communities. Children themselves took a stand, voicing their rights and concerns, demonstrating their strength and desire to be heard.

Together, the Division has made significant strides in raising awareness and fostering a safer environment for children – the Mid KwaZulu-Natal Division continues to pray and work towards a brighter, safer future for all children.
