Majors Jonathan and Mimmie Payne, accompanied by their daughter Siyamthanda, departed from OR Tambo airport tonight, Sunday 17 June 2024, to take up their new appointments in the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory. The Territorial Leaders, Commissioners Torben and Deise Eliasen, Lieutenant Colonels Themba and Nokuthula Mahlobo, along with officers, family and friends, gathered to bid farewell to the Payne family and pray for them as they embarked on their journey. As the Majors leave for their new appointments, we extend prayers and support for the Payne family, trusting in God’s unwavering care and guidance to be with them. May their service be used for His glory in their new places of ministry, encouraging those they serve and bearing abundant fruit in the Kingdom of God.
