The Feet First evangelism programme kicked off beautifully on Monday, 1 July 2024, in the Mpumalanga & Eswatini Division with training on how to evangelize in the streets. Delegates then had the opportunity to immediately put the training into practice by going to the streets and a local taxi rank to spread the Gospel.
Upon their return from outreach the participants shared their experiences, and it was evident that God used them powerfully. As they shared the Gospel in the community, some people mentioned that it was exactly what they needed—encouraging words from young people. People from the community even opened up about personal issues and appreciated the prayers offered for them. Supported by the staff of the Mission Team and Officers in the Division, along with Mission Team members, the delegates had a very productive week which included a kids club in Mjejane, an evening service in the community, door to door ministry and an open air meeting. All with the purpose and intention of sharing the Gospel and pointing people to Jesus!
