From Tuesday, August 13th to Friday, June 16th, the Regional Mission Conference for the Central, Limpopo and Mpumalanga & eSwatini Divisions took place just outside of Johannesburg. This important event brought together officers from these divisions, along with officers from Territorial Headquarters, to discuss crucial mission-related topics.

Each day began with “Breakfast with God,” where officers enjoyed breakfast while delving into The Word and engaging in meaningful discussions centered around specific Scripture passages. The conference prioritized key subjects such as developing others, nurturing the next generation, sustainability, self-development and covenant reflection. These topics were at the heart of many presentations and discussions, highlighting their importance in advancing the mission.

Following “Breakfast with God,” the days were filled with presentations on various mission issues, open discussions, feedback sessions and opportunities for officers to share their insights and experiences. There was also time for fellowship and relaxation, with each evening concluding in worship and devotional reflections. These sessions provided a space for officers to come together in prayer and worship, encouraging unity and spiritual renewal.

The conference’s opening and closing sessions were led by Lieutenant Colonels Themba and Nokuthula Mahlobo, the Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries. Their leadership set a tone of gratitude and anticipation for God’s continued work.

We are thankful for the blessings experienced during these days and look forward to the final regional conference scheduled for later this year.
