Home League members from Madadeni Corps in the Northern KwaZulu-Natal Division recently visited two local schools—Thobani Primary and Ntobeko Primary—to distribute sanitary pads to Grade 6 and 7 girls.

During the visit, Corps Officer Lieutenant Hoho shared words of encouragement from Psalm 23:5–6, reminding the girls of God’s care and presence as they prepare for their June exams. She then prayed with them, asking for God’s guidance and strength during this important time.

For many young girls, limited access to sanitary products quietly hinders their education, often causing them to stay home and miss valuable learning time. Providing this kind of support helps reduce unnecessary interruptions to their schooling and offers care in a practical and respectful way.

Whenever a Corps or Centre meets a need—whether big or small—you’re showing people Jesus in a real and tangible way. Every act of practical love opens a door for possible life change. So don’t hold back. Keep stepping out. If God’s using your Corps or Centre to make a difference, we’d love to hear your story. Your faith in action could inspire someone else to do the same.
