Goodwood Corps in the Western Cape Division extended the Territorial Day of Prayer into a weekend of Prayer and Fasting! Corps Officers, Lieutenants Mpumelelo and Desiré Dathini, offered practical teaching on fasting and facilitated online daily devotions throughout the weekend. The culmination took place on Sunday morning with a dedicated time of prayer at the Corps. As individuals gathered around the prayer stations, lifting their hearts and petitions before the Lord, we are confident that much was accomplished in the heavenlies! This extended focus on prayer and fasting provided a meaningful opportunity for spiritual growth within the Goodwood Corps and, without a doubt, will bear much fruit in days to come!
