The Limpopo Division held their Young Men and Men’s Fellowship Rally over the weekend of 16th to 17th August 2025 at William Eadie Corps. The weekend was planned and coordinated by the Divisional Men’s Fellowship Secretary, Captain Sanele Ndlovu, together with the Divisional Men’s Fellowship Planning Committee. Approximately 120 men, both young and old, attended the event.

Our guest speaker for the weekend was Captain Sanele Ndlovu (DMFS), supported by our Divisional Commander, Major I. Mntambo, Officers and Envoys. The theme for the weekend was “MAN UP”, Scripture based on Scripture fromm Galatians 5:22-23 (NIV) – If we want to be better men, think better and do better, we need to stay connected to the Holy Spirit and bear good fruits so that the world will see that we belong to the Most High God.

On Saturday our focus as men was on personal development, particularly regarding social matters and the challenges men face. The day began at 09:00 with registration and breakfast, followed by praise and worship. The Divisional Commander, Major I. Mntambo, was introduced by Captain Z. Fakuzde. She took time to welcome all men present and expressed her gratitude for their dedication and love for the Lord in our division. The Divisional Commander also introduced the guest speaker, expressing appreciation for his willingness to minister to the men over the weekend.

Captain Sanele Ndlovu introduced the theme “Man Up”, reminding men that God is not looking for perfection but for openness and obedience to His Word. He explained that to “MAN UP” means taking responsibility and ownership as men.

The first session continued with different speakers presenting on their assigned topics:

  1. CSM S. Madi – Growing God’s work in the Salvation Army
  2. Advocate J. Rapudi – GBV (Gender Based Violence)
  3. Captain S. Ndlovu – My Story, My World

The second session resumed after lunch with praise and worship, followed by a vocal item from Tshaulu Corps. The remaining speakers for the day were:

4. Social Worker Mr L. Mathoma – Family Dynamics
5. Mr M. Mugwedi – Financial Adviser from Old Mutual
6. Dr V. Malima – Men’s Health

Captain S. Ndlovu then delivered the Bible message, followed by Shayatafula, after which the day concluded.

Sunday 17th August 2025

The day opened with praise and worship led by the men’s worship team, followed by a season of prayer led by Captain M. Dlamini and a vocal item from Khubvi Corps. Men shared testimonies of what the Lord had done in their lives over the weekend.

The rally concluded with a challenging sermon by Captain S. Ndlovu on “The Unshakable Faith”, based on Daniel 3:23-26 (NLT).

May God richly bless and use the men of the Limpopo Division as they stand on His Word and live out His call upon their lives in their homes, workplaces, Corps and communities.
